Not sure if it's a bug, or what, but when it get's to the 'Attack Kelsaik' part of the quest, I 1 shot him, cause I'm full Stormcry. I tried to take everything off except just the weapon and still 2 shot him with auto. Aaaaaaaaaand quest doesn't progress. So idk if it's a bug or the quest is supposed to register the next step when he's below a certain % or something. So not sure if it's a bug or some hidden trigger I'm missing by being overgeared and levelled for the quest.

    Try using a guardian weapon.

    I had the same issue with this quest. The boss needs to be at 70-80% health or it will be bugged. So you need to get a crappy weapon around his level and remove your super gear or get someone of lower level to help.
