Reduced Enchanting Costs - [RESOLVED]

UPDATE: We found the conflict and removed it. The system should be working as intended now. The visual bug that incorrectly shows the required number of components is still present, but if you remove the items and readd them, it shows the correct version.

Due to an unexpected interaction, we are removing the reduced enchanting costs because that setting prevents players from awakening eligible equipment.

We have escalated this issue to Bluehole. As soon as we're able to, we will implement the reduced costs. Sorry for the inconvenience!
