Can EME/Bluehole make dragon scales/missives/fragments bankable before server merge?

It takes a long time for a casual scrub like me to attain 60+ of these, and probably lots of other people as well. These scales are on a alt that I considered deleting before server merge, but after seeing that I somehow had 68 of them on there I sorta don't want to unless I can transfer em out. Make it possible for these things to be bankable pls? I also have like 20k worth of costume on it, but I don't really care about that.

    Hope be true if they do that i can finally have a free dragon after years of promises. That only be 50 scales for the egg, that scales were easy yo get. Etc
