Missing circles

Hi, so I'm very confused here.

I just ran SSNM for the first time, and man. Its scary when you can't see any circles :')
I was able to see the "pizza slices" that the second boss had, but not his inner circle explosion (granted after the first hit I understood it would be there)
and the last boss ;; insta floor-mat mode. I saw his big cage circle, but none of the others. Not the pulse one, not the ones inside the cage, etc. It made the dungeon much more difficult than it should have been.

Is anyone else having this problem, or aware of any possible fixes? Thank you in advance

Edit: I'm only having this problem in SS, no other dungeons I've been in so far.

  • Yep, had problem at last boss where he waces his spear. Sometimes it shows the red zones and most the tine it doesnt. That is why i stoped doing it. The mechanics are easy but its ridiculous when you cant see the zones. Dont want to ruin it for others so i stoped doing it.

The zone indicators are a texture like anything else you see, so one possible cause is a missing/broken/corrupt file, so try doing a repair on your client. Another possibility is the common "slow to load" issue- have you tried turning down your graphics settings a little? (Not all the way though as turning them down too far forces load off your gpu and onto the cpu instead, potentially resulting in even slower texture loading.)
  • Similar glitch in DFNM, you sometimes can't see the laser from the final boss.

You need to download more RAM. And maybe an SSD.

I repaired my client and it seems to be alright now, lets hope it doesn't break again :')

It's a CPU problem. Waiting a minute or two before starting boss fights solves this problem and every mechanic will render, unless your PC is exceptionally bad. My CPU is 7 years old and, though annoying, I make my party wait a minute or two and then I can complete the dungeons without any issue. Pugs might be less understanding or willing to listen but generally shouldn't be a problem.
