Awakening release?

Why does EU get awakening on the 9th, but NA gets it on the 16th? You'd figure that a sister company would get faster updates. :anguished:

Update schedules perhaps. Gameforge has also demonstrated a vastly superior understanding of Tera's code and implementation of it over EME, so it's no wonder they were able to get it out much sooner.

That could possibly be the smart thing to do. Yet we all know it would never happen.

  • They already have the patch might they are testing it in a demo server.
Let them work to avoid patch issues.

I would agree with you, but with the spotty history of new content/patch releases, something always goes wrong and the servers shut down for hours on end. :anguished:

Jokes aside, that could be what they're doing, but honestly it doesn't really matter at this point. It's one more week until we find out how bad this DMCA is going to hurt the player base. Quite frankly I'd be happier if they never released the patch.
  • Not really every game has a demo server to test patches before being released, is more easy to do in unreal engine 4 , if Tera were unreal engine 4, patches could be in NA released Two weeks after k Tera.
