Cant find the mount I just bought

So I just started playing this week. I bought a mount from the tera store, and i cant find it. the charge went though because I have less emp but I have no idea how to get it to my chacarter

    If you did not find it yet, your purchases will appear in your item claim. There are two tabs, one for single use items and another for account wide items. https://gyazo.com/6d8afb716a0cbfad80c3a5cc948971ac

    You would click on the item you purchased then click use and it would appear in the inventory of the character you claimed it on. For future reference, this is also where items go that are from codes distributed by En Masse and other sites.

    same I purchased a mount and have no idea where it went, how do they know where to send the mount to? do they use my email address? if so I'm lucky coz I have the same ingame email address as that of en masse but I restarted my client and even logged out of my launcher and then came back and went to item claim and nothing, is there a place they send the mount to until it gets to me so I can see it?
