Chat Support Gone?

Hi,

I know that support use to offer live chat for subscribers but was that eliminated? Do people who pay get priority ticket; having to wait 2 to 3 weeks when you pay monty is sort of annoying.

    This im not sure about. I know that Live Chat Support was taken down because EME confirmed that having a ticket support based system was more agile and allowed them to solve all issues in a timely manner. Of course there are times when they get overwhelmed by ticket volume, such as now that response time is a max of 2 weeks.

    I have not heard anything about elite users having ticket priority, but it should be a thing given that we pay monthly for that service.

    I agree - not to knock other users in general - but those of us that subscribe monthly should take priority over those that enjoy the F2P side of things.

    Live Chat was removed some time ago. Having elite doesn't make you a priority for support.
