New pvp players - today gridiron and CS should be active, its a good chance to get pvp gear
The chance of getting kicked in grid and cs are super low, so now is a great chance to get new pvp gear. Also to the experienced players who are playing alts now or want to play alts, here's a tip from something I learned. If you have alot of particles on one character, you just need to get pvp gear on the alt you want, deposit the gear in the bank, then enchant on your main, rebank the gear with +6 and then give it back to your alt. You can do that with repairs too if you dont have enough particles on your character currently

How many posts like this have been closed, but you keep creating more. I don't get why you guys have to keep on like this. Just leave people alone already and stop patronizing everyone by acting like our superiors that are just educating us on why you're kicking everyone for their own good. As I already stated, they'd be better off making new characters, leveling them up right away and doing more KC runs than they would be dealing with PVP anyways. From the sounds of it, they'll still be wasting time as even geared people are getting kicked from SH. Not to mention isn't the pvp battleground going to change in a few days? You demand people spend their weekend gearing up for SH, so they can still get kicked. Lets face it, their history along with gear is getting checked. Since they will still be new to SH and even pvpers have stated they don't want inexperienced people on their teams, they'll get kicked.
Honestly, these posts are so annoying, because it seems like you guys are just setting people up, and that's not fair. I know some may see it as you're being nice and really trying to educate people, but we all know how to use Google, and we all know how to find guides. It seems just more like you're trying to justify the cattiness of kicking people by treating us all like children.
Don't forget, people need at least 10 runs to get the tokens. Now, lets say they go through all of that, start playing, and end up with a few losses on their record. Now, elitists are going to see those loses and assume they are a bad player. It's all just mean.
IMO, the best solution to all of this is to require proper gear for SH and all dungeons like it in the future, fix the in game reporting to allow people to actually report people that are breaking the rules, and take away the ability to kick people. Kicking is seriously being abused, and I've seen it in Kumas over and over again where a group of people from the pvp server spam Kumas all evening long and constantly kick a player because they are better than them or did something to make the group mad. I think kicking really should be revisited, because this entire issue shows how it can be overused and misused.
