Which class is good for pve and/or pvp?

Hi all! I wanted to ask what class is decent at both pve and pvp. I started playing today and I'd like to know what I should pick for the long run! I'm fine with healing, but there are two healers as well, so any recommendations to either dps, tank, or healer would be great!

    It does depend on what you're looking to do in PvP/PvE. Are you looking to heal, do damage, etc. Each class has their own benefits to each side, but it also depends on how much of a specific play style you have as well.

    I play a healer in some of my other games, but I also enjoy assassin-like characters that are glass canon-esque?

    Ninja. Light armour, mobile, lots of iframes, and an incredibly strong burn.
