If you are experiencing any problem that is specific to your account or to one or more of your characters, please send in a Support Ticket rather than creating a thread on this forum. You can file a support ticket here:


(If you can't log into your EME account at all, please follow the "Problems logging in?" link and then the link to "contact support".)

Issues that require a support ticket include:

  • Problems opening the launcher or starting the game (please send logs)
  • Problems entering the server on a specific character
  • Problems related to items you purchased
  • Any time you need to report another player or issues related to exploits
  • Any issue that is time-critical or where you need a direct response from EME staff and that can't just be logged into a bug report and filed for sometime-later fixing by BHS

In the case of more general bugs that need to be forwarded to the developer, please feel free to post in this sub-forum and follow the instructions here. The forum will be monitored periodically and issues will be forwarded, but please note that issues may not be fixed quickly as it depends on the developer's schedule. Again, for any urgent issue, please send a support ticket.
