Can't race change as a Brawler?
The store doesn't have a list of restrictions, and I know brawler can be a few different races, and the voucher does not say brawler anywhere on it. Did I get a bugged item? I opened a support ticket but am wondering if anyone else has had this issue. The reason I want to switch is because popo has nothing neat in the store for costumes or accessories.

This is an issue a few people noted recently and it was raised a question to EME. Not sure the answer yet, but it's definitely on the radar. I don't see why it should be locked, unless there's some sort of major bug with it or something.
I suggest a support ticket for your issue it shouldn't be the case
