If you insist on queueing with this trash gear, please don't touch reds and think you can carry. Delegate yourself to peel or cc duty because you're going to literally melt, feed points, and do no damage anyways.

Really don't know why they don't rename Slaughter to Slaughtered, because that's what happens to people that wear this crap.

This is when you go grab a dreadnaught chest and +12 it, cause it's easy cheap, and better for pvp then slaughter. Alternatively you can just pull your item level down below 404 to use equalized gear if you like.

Slaughter weapon is acceptable due to the high pvp mod, but yes the armor is trash. That's why many players are going for slaughter weapon and belt then dread armor for their alts, as it is superior hybrid gear.

it's not acceptable to even consider touching red buff out the gate if you have slaughter anything.

Probably because slaughter isn't meant for pvp. While dreadknaught was a hybrid that was meant for both, slaughter is for PvE and Conflate is for PvP, just as in previous patches and tiers there was a set for each.

That is part of why I am complaining. Alot of people feel that it's okay for them to take red now because "hurr i have confl8 weap i have slaughtr weap LOOK AT ALL THIS PVP MODIFIER it is ok for me to have red i am strong"

Ideally they would completely remove the pvp line from slaughter weap and the enraged line from conflate chest so people stop thinking the gear sets are hybrid.

We kind of established that Conflate weapon does more damage than Starfall +15.

So no, red buff is not some +15 only club.

I know a lot of guys in +12 dreadnaught that will destroy people in +15!!

What I also hate is when some premade specifies exactly who should get the buffs, as if they know those people are the best. Granted, I tend to humbly let them have it to avoid the drama, and simply outscore them without it.

um no it was established that conflate does more damage than starfall +12. Starfall +15 still hits harder.

Read the rest of that thread. His test was wrong, because the power etching was adding a large amount of damage, because he was doing the test naked.
