PSA : A Special Thank You

I know this may just go unnoticed but i hope some of the Admins/GM see this. I have played MMO's my entire life. I have had my unfortunate share of run-ins with terrible people, both players and staff from various companies. I had the unfortunate displeasure of being on the receiving end of a scam late last night. Upon filing a complaint, in LESS THAN A DAY the problem was rectified, the scammer was dealt with, and my losses were returned. I have NEVER in my entire life seen as quick and expeditious a response from a customer support team, ESPECIALLY not for an online game. There may be other things you can question this game's team for, however their customer support is second to none. Thank you once again !

    Yup! En Masse's customer support has always been probably the best in the whole industry. It's amazing.
