Crashing at Forsaken Island

Four days ago I received my new Windows 10 Acer Laptop. After I finally downloaded the game and Ran Forsaken Island When I reached the last boss I had crashed in the middle of the fight I didn't think much of it at the time but now its happening constantly. I've even tried turning my Graphics down to the lowest and even that isn't working. I get the Error "Error: ffff:ffff" When I crash. I Crash only when the bosses uses this skill GW1i82h.png?1 and Never anywhere or anytime else from what I know so far. If anyone has any Idea how to stop this is will be greatly appreciated.

    Well, I had a problem where I crashed every time I entered Kalivan's. Fixed it by running the restore tool in the launcher...

    I had the same problem in FI too and only on the So...Cold... phase. It happened 2x...

    I had this problem too only at the last boss. But then it disappeared after a week or so. Maybe I get my launcher repaired due to some other cause, so this may help.
