Lets fix duels and duel achievements.
I made this thread because some people in Tera are real pvp players and good duelists. While they look up for challenge and duel with the best, many players just call upon friends, ask lower levels or pay them some coins to get the achievements. That is trollish and not fair.
Here is the rules for the duel achievements:
1, The duelists must be the same level or there must 1 level difference only. higher or lower doesn't matter, just one.
2.iLvL or item level needs to be close and doesn't pass 5 item level difference. We can set the number here, I think 5 to 10, for example if my ilvl is 400, I can only get achievement if the enemy has 395 to 405ilvl.
3. Running from the enemy will reset the duel, it will be a draw. In some cases, if you run long enough and get out of combat you can make the enemy win, no more of that with this rule.
4. Running out of time without a winner is a draw and you won't get the achievement.
5. even participating any duels other than these conditions doesn't count as a real duel in achievements.
6. Enemy has deal damage equal of some percentage of your HP, we can have a hidden line for the percentage like 40% to 70%, of current HP. So all duels needs to start at full HP.
I made those 5 rules for achievements, some people wanna learn, some people wanna test skills or test gears, classes, they can always do the duels just like before, but they won't get any achievements.
What do you guys say? I think it will be pretty challenging and nice for duelists and hell we can give them shinny titles or rewards from now to make it even more fun, (not the players hich got thembefore, unless they repeat achievements again to get the titles or rewards)

Shoot, forgot my 6 rules, I wrote them some where, fixing it lo, tnx
It is fixed, also I asked here to see the flaws and make more rules.
Both use high high level weapoon and low level armor> next to cleric to heal > still oneshot.
Ps.: Dont try fix something that isnt broken.
Making the achievements stricter and more tedious to do will just increase the amount of players that will find and use shortcuts.
it is not broken? you are telling me that you don't see how many ppl are getting those achievements? Oh, perhaps you were one of them. OFC something like this won't be liked.
They might not count for laurels, but some of us, simply, like having them completed.
I don't see the system being broken.
Duels are for fun. There's no need for it to be strict.
Anyway, not fair for who?
And if no effort must be punished with no achievement counter, what's next fix? Your fwc win won't count for achievement because there were equalized geared people in the other team. Your 5 min boss kill won't count because there were people with higher ilevel than you in your party. Your WB kill won't count because your friend found it and called you.
Jokes aside, getting 1k duels and deathmatches done takes enough effort.
