Hello i can't login in the launcher, i try opening with adm mode or just with 2 click but when the launcher is open i can't put my acc . I have w8 i need help pls

Nonetheless there are countless Launcher not working threads in this section, browse through them and do what they suggest in the answers.
If it is still not working, write in proper English a support ticket to Customer support so they can help you.
We do not see what you see, nor know your computer specs or any other propram that is running and might block your launcher, just shouting... Its not working is not going to help you solve the problem.
Try closing and reopening 2-3 times (sometimes it works for me for the 3rd time...)
If it does not help:
1. Use the Tools--> Repair function
If it still doesnt want work
2. I recommend using this thread's method
If it still doesnt want to work
3. Send in a ticket to customer support and they will be able to help you
