    Prob. Isnt this the old launcher ?

    Use the torrent option istead. Since the playable part is only the first 30min of gameplay anyway

    I wouldn't use stream downloading, use either torrent / direct / Steam download.

    That definitely is the old launcher. But they may have just not upgraded the launcher graphics for the installer. From the looks of it @OP you have no internet connection, seen from the image not loaded and the 0kb/s on the downloader. So first bet would be to check your internet connection.

    Next bet would be to add a firewall exception if you have a particularly strict firewall.

    I'd try another form of downloading as mentioned previously and see what the results are from that.
