Panels don't open?

I'm level 43 gunner in Tulufan running dungeons - CR and now NT
When I return from a dungeon I try to open panels and they don't. Can't read mail, or Vanguard Requests.
Skills do open.
I can reset this condition if I go back to character panel and return.
Seems like something is wrong, either server or client. Not sure which.
Anybody else seen this?

    Hummmm So looks like the servers are getting lagged. I just tried to TP inside the Citadel of Torment and it hung - no popup from NPC to TP.
    Ascension Valley may be lagged.
    Is that stopping mail from opening too?
    Guess I'll take a break and see if the server acts better later.
