What are the chances of getting the fabled "Manglemire-gives-tokens-for-vm7-designs" Event?

I had heard from somewhere that MM came with an event in KTera that basically gave players tokens for clearing, which could be exchanged for ANY Imperator design... Why do we not have this? Similar question, if we were SUPPOSED to have it, then where is it?

Sure, Dreadspire floor 22 is guaranteed to drop a design, but let's face it; 1/28 chance of getting the exact design you need has definitely not affected prices. Fascifist designs on AV are 800k... there are 4 of them, all unsold. Not a single Protestar design. I chalk this up to 100% player greed and lack of acknowledgement that the design chance has increased by thousands of percentages.

    I think this sort of event seems like a publisher decision, and I think EME decided to go the Dreadspire route rather than Manglemire for now. The Dreadspire drops will probably only affect prices over time, as in the first week or so there will be a lot of people who need those designs for themselves. If it were me, I think I would revisit the supply/prices in a few weeks.

    (Keep in mind that, in K-TERA, Manglemire was added at the same time that Dreadspire was actually removed, so they didn't have both at the same time.)

    Issue is DS is old, this is the third time it is being recycled vrs Manglemire that is new and fresh. Just seems strange that the highest chances to get new gear is to step backwards instead of forwards.
