I have used like 15+ potion catalysts and they dont pop up at all.... Can someone help me out.?

    Have you tried logging onto TERA via website, then onto the Kyra's Shack URL?
    It might be there, since I've had issues with that in-game.

    Did you close your tera launcher when you started the game? The login window thing, I mean.
    Sometimes closing that can mess up the welcome screen that you have to view to get to the potion shop.

    If it's not loading by the direct link or in-game, that's probably the issue. For some reason, you're not able to connect to the store website. Perhaps it's some sort of routing or DNS issue that will resolve itself...
