Gate for Berzerker Tank Skills?

I've played several zerks to 65 and gotten their tanking skills. Can't be sure, but I must have finished the entire story line at about 65. But now I use a quicker approach of grinding the dungeons and quitting the stories after reaching Highwatch and before leaving it to go north. But the fellow on the balcony won't talk to me about my tanking skills, even tho I'm 65. I'm about to finish "I bring bad tidings" and I'll visit the library to finish those.

Have we changed the gate for zerker tanking? Not just 65? So what is the gate to get tanking on zerker?

    Not sure when or if it's gated, but I'd still advise you to do the story up to Dakuryon if the system is still giving vyrsks for finishing it. Keen vyrsks are still worth a fair bit of gold at broker just for doing something that's extra easy for a 65.

    Sorry I see I have it. Intimidating Manner. Given at 65, but the target NPC is somewhere else and then that leads to the balcony. Guess the NPC is the trainer in the building. My bad.
