Manglemire stars

Hi! I've done some Manglemire runs and most of players have already learned how to handle truth/lie mechanics, but even good parties seem to have a lot of trouble passing stars. It's not instant wipe but it makes run very slow. Spreading before boss runs to the middle helps, but is not always enough - sometimes ppl end up exactly between 2 stars and 2 ppl rush to the same star.
Do you know any good plans for stars? Like assigning parts of clock to players? It would be nice if I could learn it here and then spread among players on my server.

    Spread before the boss runs to the centre and have everyone move the the same direction to take a star (so you ALL move clockwise/Anti clockwise until you hit a star and take it). The only problem is if you're already standing on a star next to others....this will have to have your own party judge on what to do but that's the general rule of thumb, move in the same direction to take a star. Most times i've ran this method it has had a 99% success rate (only times is when there was REALLY bad spawns/Someone panicked or someone was dead already and could get resed before)

    I just shout "star" at 98~100 on boss bar. Then normally, people move out except tank. Tank stays and finishs the bar count to 0.

    I have seen in some IM, some people don't wanna do stars and practice longer with full 3.6.9 number.
