What is the range on Reaper skills?

Some of them seem like melee range? What is the optimal range when fighting in pve and even other players?

    All mid-range reaper skills, like grim strike, double strike and sundering strike hit at 7-8m, while Whipsaw hits the maximum amount and 9-10 meters.

    For Pvp this is a semi-good guide (only problem, that its from 2015), but bear in mind that reaper got some skill changes since, but the basics should be applicable.
