    If you have mods, remove mods. I also count any "ini optimization guide tweaks" as mods too, because they are modifications of client files. If you have no mods nor any tweaks and everything is 100% vanilla and properly installed and updated to most recent and still get errors, then you must send a support ticket.

    i download this game yesterday, dont know what mods already i send a ticket.

    Goody. If it's only one character, then it's probably stuck in log out or something.

    Did you download the whole game already?..or are you on the streaming download?
    Im not sure if its still like this but before, after 10% of download you would be able to play already. but that 10% corresponded to only the lvl 1->10 areas if im not wrong.
    I tried to play on a high level character once while doing the stream download and wouldnt be able to..i would get stuck in the loading screen like you did.
    If its not the same problem idk what it could be x.x
