Artisan Etching Designs??

I am an Artisan in etching, and for the past 3 days I have not seen ANY designs. I have a design from the broker, but I also need thosr "Titan's Fire recipe" but I have no idea where to get them. The broker has no etching I and when there is an etching II it's too high of a level.

    Etching Design NPCs at crafting places, such as the one where you get the etching quest, sell the basic stuff like titan's fire/ease and level I and II etching designs.

    Go to crafting area and there are Etching design merchant NPC who should carry what you are looking for.
