Can't signin from one of my computers

I'm moving to another main computer. Spiffy new Skylake in an old Alienware Area 51 Case, with a new GTX 1060 card. Sweet. And of course this means moving games etc.

Well, so I'm going through the process of Account Armor on that computer and logging into my accounts etc. **We know we are allowed more than one account, right? And the other folks in the household have accounts too, right? ** Really strange and baroque. The site / game is not blocking my IP since I can log in on this computer. It's blocking that one computer. What's up with that? Like I said. No or almost no failed logins, so it's not like it thinks I'm trying to hack an account.
Well, that computer is now locked out. Can't log in to the website or to the game. On any of the accounts.

Anybody know the rules or timeout on this? I assume it saw me log in too many times in too short a time and it locked me out. Well I can log in fine from this computer.

So anyway. Just what are the rules? Someone got a link? Guess I can wait an hour or go play some other game that's not so draconian. After all, it's not like I had 10 failed attempts. Right? Just setting up Account Armor and the game for the accounts.

Sigh...
Guess I'll go play GW2 or something.

    Account Armor just sends a code to your e-mail used for that account in which you put it in to allow access to that device "Phone, PC, Laptop"
    As for entering it in incorrectly x amount of times and it locking you out? Don't know how hard it is to copy and paste a code, But to each their own.
    If it doesn't allow you to access it in a hr or so, I would consider submitting a support ticket.

    There is now a limit of 6 active accounts in 24 hours. It used to be 10 accounts before Fate of Arun. Apparently, it drops a browser cookie since it locks the browser as well as the game. By trying to account armor my 7 accounts on the brand new computer, I tripped the switch and got a 24 hour block on that computer. Whaaaaateeeevaaaaaaaa.
