Can you ride the flying mounts everywhere?

I mean it like, only walk, because i know that u can fly with them only in cities or so. So, if we cant fly with them in outskirts can we at least ride them?

    Yes, you can ride them as a normal mount anywhere.

    the flying mechanic is turned off in almost every area in the game so far. The only place you can fly when we get the ninja patch is velika, northen arun and the island of dawn. Everywhere else you are still able to use the mount as a normal mount, but the flying mechanic is disabled
