Ctrl+C from August... Ctrl+V into September. Done. Or just plan 2 months at a time, instead of 2-4 weeks.
I'm not having a big whinge. I just don't feel it's a big job nor that difficult to plan around.
A job is always easy when you're the one who doesn't have to do it.
Give someone an inch and they'll take a mile. This applies especially so in business, and make no mistake, however friendly the community face of EME is, it is a business.
I believe a reasonable approach is to raise the topic, so that EME knows it hasn't been overlooked by the player-base. We're not raising a mob to riot or calling for someone's resignation.
As for the job discussion: I am expected to do my job, and everything that is assigned to me in a timely matter.
This might or might not be spacecats fault. I don't know if he needs approval of the free items before he can post them. He might not have gotten approvals before going to PAX, which would mean it is someone else's fault.
It is someone's fault, but it is not the community's responsibility to hold that person accountable, just to inform En Masse that there is an issue.
