Character Stuck / Loading Screen Stuck at 0%

Anyone else having this problem? I tried to move one of my character to a spot in Val Tirkai with the use of Travel Journal to gather Luria Fibers but then after moving to loading screen, its just stuck there at 0% until the game crashed. I opened the client again and tried to log-in that same character, encountered the same problem. Reopened my client again and this time I log-in a different character from the first one. I got in the game just fine. To test it out, I tried to moved my second character to Val Tirkai, Pathfinder Post with the use of Village Atlas and here I experienced the same problem as my first character did.

Now both my characters are stuck there and I can't play the game since I don't know any way to get my characters out of this situation. If someone knows and could tell me a way to get out of this, if there's one that is, It would really be a huge help as I would hate to miss my dailies because of this.

I already sent a ticket at support but I thought it would also be a good idea to post here for the chance to find out a way out of this if there's one. I would also like to add that I did try to repair my client thru the launcher but it didn't help and I am still getting the same problem.

    This never happened to me but I heard of this problem. This is server-sided, so dont start reinstalling or trying to repair your Tera installation. Unfortunately, the only way is for a GM to reset your characters into the nearest towns, so you have to wait.

    I'd strongly advice to delete this teleport point from your travel journal and set a new one somewhere next to it on plain ground (avoid hills).

    You probably spawned at a glitched location.

    If repairing doesn't help it is probably your fault for sending your characters there XD

    The one which I teleported with Travel Journal could be that case, a glitched location but then again I have teleported on that exact same spot several times before with Travel Journal just fine and I remember the spot being a completely flat ground with nothing on it, no nodes, mobs, or anything, nothing at all. This only happened today and is the first time. But how about the second one ending up in same situation as the first one? For the second one I used my Village Atlas to teleport to Pathfinder Post so that can't be a glitched spot right? Because that's a default spawn point.

    Anyways, I tried teleporting my last and 3rd character somewhere else and this time in Kaiator with Village Atlas and I ended up on the same problem again so I thought maybe it is my client after all. Even after several repairs done not helping at all I decided to just completely uninstall the game and download a fresh and completely new one. I am currently on the process of it and this time I would make a copy of fresh and newly installed client in one of my external HD which I should have done before after realizing I would be sticking to play this game. I guess that's what you call lesson learned in a hard way.

    It's not like I'll be able to play the game either way with all of my 3 characters stuck like this and I don't know how long it would take for the support team to be able to help me so I might as well uninstall and download a new one instead of doing nothing but waiting.

    This sounds bad, not heard of this before. I take it you didnt modify any game files.

    However, you are right. To clear problems client-sided, you might reinstall the game. This is done quickly (except the download) and perhaps helps prevent to happen again.

    I'm having the same problem with the loading screen and characters.

    I was riding the Pegasus in flight while it crashes mid air when the Pegasus got inside the portal thing. I can't use my character anymore cause the game always crashes. Please help my character, it would be great to play it again.
