PVP Death on Fey Forest??
So I have a couple of questions about dying on Fey Forest due to PvP.
(1) Are my crystals in jeopardy when I die, or is it like falling?
(2) If I don't fight back can I be ganked anyway? Or does the kill not count for the killer? I recall ages ago a game [ Anybody else play Dekaron? ] where PvP was active and if you didn't fight back there was no "honor" in the kill. So if you didn't want to "Play" you just stood there and died. But of course the ganker had a trick where they arranged to run into your AOE while you were PvEing and then they got a hit and could kill you with Honor. Are there any such subtleties here on Tera and specifically on Fey Forest?
Just a pointer to the Legal Document with the PvP rules will be fine. I have just not seen all the fine print.

Actually the Dekaron rules were better than above. If you did enough "no honor" kills, then you turned Red, could not Teleport and other folks got extra points for killing you. So Gankers of lowbees were pretty quickly fodder for others. Oh I seem to recall JAIL too for really bad gankers. And getting out of Jail was either expensive or several days of Time Out. Ha ha . Those were the days.

2. Open world pvp is pretty direct. If someone is flagged for outlaw they can kill you whether you're afk or actually trying to survive.
Ktera has different rules about pking than NA that punishes players who would pk. The pvp community in NA thought that system discouraged pvp too much and so it was never brought over.
I don't even understan why keep dead servers if pp didn't play in them anyway.
That new server should be called Dead Forest, absolutely 0 PvP activity.
