Some info about the upcoming patch(es)
Some of this is gathered from Q&A that the Player Council has been doing thanks to @Aulon and some is from posts from @Idi0ticGenius the rest of it is from my personal knowledge gained from reading around and the Twitch stream on Friday. I will organize this so that it is easier to find info on what you need but will be posting quotes on stuff that I pulled from so that you can see where the info comes from at the bottom. I will update this as new info comes in.
Guild Banks
The New Guild System
Dragon Mounts

Also guys PLEASE PLEASE calm down. A lot of this stuff is just being simplified NOT REMOVED. For example Stamina is going to go away but the effects of perfect Stamina will stay. Also many buffs will be combined. This will make it so new players are more likely to be on par with players that know of every little thing and hopefully bridge some gaps in DPS that many see because people use so many consumables just to get that extra 10% DPS. There will still be ways to min/max but now it should be easier for all players to do well and honestly that is a good thing.
MANY IF NOT ALL OF THE BUFFS THAT ARE BEING REMOVED WILL BE COMBINED IN SOME FORM OR ANOTHER SO THE BUFF ITSELF IS NOT GOING AWAY. IT IS JUST BEING SIMPLIFIED.
Guild Banks
- Guild banks will be obtainable with all 4 slots via the new guild level and points system. By default you will not have a guild bank.
- Items in your guild bank before the patch hits will be in a Temp Bank. As mentioned below it is recommended to removed items from the 4th tab first due to a bug in KTERA that the 4th tab became unavailable if another tab was cleared first. You then would do 3rd 2nd and finally 1st.
- The Temp Bank will be around for an unlimited time but you will be unable to add items to it. Only view or withdraw.
- At a later point (likely when VM8/Archer revamps hits) we will be able to have up to 8 banks slots on each server per account.
The New Guild System
- It seems like even with a small guild you can reach higher levels pretty quickly with a bit of hard work. Of course the more people in your guild who are working towards the goal the easier it is for you and all involved but all can reach any goal as far as I can see with a bit of hard work.
- Guilds are now limited to 100 accounts and 300 unique characters.
Dragon Mounts
- There are two types of each Dragon mount a regular version and a royal version.
- The Iron(Black) Dragon mount is earned off tokens dropped from BAMs and Bosses. The regular version is 750 tokens and the royal version is 1000 tokens.
- The Crimson(Red) Dragon mount is earned from playing Battlegrounds. The amount varies by a random bonus that is given during each match. You will be required to win to get bonus (if this is like past rewards in Battlegrounds, correct me if I am wrong please). The regular version is 750 tokens and the royal version is 1000 tokens.
- Both tokens for both Dragons are tradeable but not GUILD bankable.
- The Ghost(Blue) and Diamond(Sparkly/Shiny/Blinding) is bought from the EME cash shop. The regular version will be bought outright (I think) and the royal version will be in an RNG box. It is unknown the price of the boxes at this time.
- The crit bonuses are 1.5x for regular and 2x for royal. You only need to learn the mount to have a chance to proc the crit bonus. The crit effects are called Dragon Master for regular and Draconis Rex for royal. It is unknown if the regular and royal crit can stack but you cannot stack the same crit no matter how many of the regular or royal mounts you have.
- 1% for regular and 2% for royal of your max HP/MP is restored per second when on the mounts.
- Both regular and royal have a movement speed of 290.
- The regular has a flight duration of 694 and the royal has a flight duration of 928.
- While on a royal mount you add a +10 increase to base movement speed for you and party members within 30m.

Not really, as i mentioned above, there's a Temp Bank. BUT before unlocking guild bank with the perk, I recommend taking out things on tab 4 first, then 3, then 2, then 1. There was a known bug (which was fixed later but just to be safe) where it completely locks out Tab 4 when you unlock guild bank tab 1 with the perk.
Will things stay in that holding area FOREVER unless I remove it or is there a limited time to get things out?
Temp bank is unlimited time. You just can't store anything but you can view or withdraw stuff in there. But be sure to do what I said above if you are withdrawing stuff.
Is there a personal bank space expansion?
yes, they will later provide 4 more personal bank tabs with Archer revamp patch.
Exactly what will it take to get a guild to level 30? Can a one or two person guild do it? The details appear to be lacking and I've been looking.
I estimate less than a week assuming you complete all of the most profitable large scale guild vanguard every day, but for small scale group though, i'd say it's very possible to achieve level 30 within 10 days. as a side note, a guild with 85+ unique account members were able to achieve guild level 75 less than a month.
This is the guild [Paris] that achieved following levels:
26 in 6 days after release
40 in 10 days after release
70 in 28 days after release
75 in 29 days after release

Q. We're limited to 100 accounts now but does that mean unlimited characters can be put into the guild?
A. 100 unique 300 total
Q: Are dragon tokens tradeable? Can they be sold on broker?
A: Yes.

kinda long to list so ask if you don't see something and you wanna know stuff.
Idi0ticGenius wrote: »My mistake on that crit power scroll. I made a post on this long time ago so read that here too.
Though it was simplified, I did say to ask if you want to know something else. Feel free to ping me while at it.
To add detail:
With the removal of Stamina, you will permanently receive 120% stamina effect, where all character’s base HP/MP increased by 30% from the total value at 100% stamina. You can tell exactly how much you will have just my looking at your current HP/MP bar. Consider the following picture
As you can see, your HP/MP values are displayed as X / Y + Z. What that "you will permanently receive 120% stamina effect" means is that that X amount will be your total HP/MP.
Obviously, removal of stamina also removes the penalty received at below 50 Stamina, decreasing your stats, HP/MP, and Charm bonus, some skills like Baraka's "Indefatigable" etc. Also, the items related to stamina are removed, such as Panaceas, Campfires, Firewood, Panaceaic Bolster etc. will be unusable, so Priest's "Homeward Bound" is also removed. These items will be sellable to NPCs, so don't just discard them. Just keep them until then, or use them.
Also, for those very few people (including myself), Casian Tree buff will no longer be available. So don't bother going there after Stamina is removed. They didn't replace the effect it seems.
With the removal of stamina, Priest/Mystic’s Resurrection Skill’s (Glyph of Heartening) effect changes to "Resurrect with max HP", so there's something... "nice", i guess.
Stamina Recovery Mount Effects are slightly altered and have pretty much no point in getting mounts other than for their looks.
“Recover Stamina” changes to “Recover 0.5% HP/MP every second”
“Recover Stamina and MP” changes to “Recover 0.5% HP and 1% MP every second”
“Recover Stamina, HP, and MP” changes to “Recover 1% HP/MP every second”
On top of the list of removed items, there are 9 new consumables. I'll go over them one by one.
New battle nostrum (3 tiers)
Receive following effect for 30 mins:
Effect: low/mid/high tiers
Increase Power by 9% / 18% / 27%
Increase Endurance by 7% / 14% / 20%
Replenish 4.5% / 9% / 13% MP every 5 seconds
Decrease Cooldown of attack skills by 5% / 10% / 15%
[Tank, DPS] Increase Crit Power +0.54 / +1.07 / +1.42
[Healers] Increase Attack speed by 5 / 7 / 10
Prices from NPC merchant are roughly about 1 gold 7 silver / 5 gold 35 silver / and 32 gold 10 silver
New hp potions (3 tiers) and New mp potions (3 tiers)
Effect: low/mid/high tiers
Use at level : 1 / 44 / 65
HP : 2500 (+1250) / 7520 (+3760) / 14500 (+7250)
MP : 205 (+164) / 420 (+336) / 800 (+640)
Cooldown : 10 seconds
NPC merchant price : 53 silver 50 copper / 2 gold 14 silver / 5 gold 35 silver
"But wait, Idi0ticGenius, what's with that (+###)?"
HP Potion's effect says “Recover x HP. Recover additional 50% while under immobilized status such as stun/knockdown.” So if you normally use it, you recover x amount of HP, but if you are stunned you get 1.5x of base amount. So that (+####) is 50% more HP recovered from potion when you use it while stunned or knocked down.
MP Potion's effect says “Replenish x MP. Sorcerer/Priest/Mystic replenishes additional 80%” so sorcerer /priest /mystic get 1.8x of base amount of MP while others get x amount. This is obviously because those three classes have much more Mana compared to other classes. It was mainly for Sorcerer though.
"These effects are so low! BabyRage "
The cooldown on all of these potions are 10 seconds. MP potion/elixir were 20 seconds, HP potions/elixir and MP restorative/Draught were 60 seconds, and I think HP restorative/draught were 2 minutes. High tier potions are like about half of tier X potions, so I guess it's nice, except maybe not for PvP?
But what about potion varieties?!
Right now, we know the shared cooldown groups (that I know of) are:
HP Potion = HP Elixir
HP Draught = HP Restorative
Rejuvenation Potion = Valiant Potion = Health Potion(?)
MP Potion = MP Elixir
MP Draught = MP Restorative
Divine Infusion
Sarberry Deliciousness
I'm not exactly sure about other food items like Emergency Ration, Noruk Jerky, Grilled Pigling, Fried fish thingy, Fresh Bananas etc but they're food item so they should share cooldown.
After the change in consumables,
HP Potion's shared cooldown groups are
HP potions
Other available HP potions
MP Potion shared cooldown groups
MP potions
Other available MP potion
Thing is, I havent tested (because I'm poor in KTERA) "Other available HP/MP potion", but it should still separate
Rejuvenation Potion = Valiant Potion = Health Potion(?)
Divine Infusion
Sarberry Deliciousness
Other recovery food items
As for Alchemy, let's look at what we have as we go down the list: (updating the old one i commented long ago)

Onslaught Scroll: Crit Factor I ~ VII
Onslaught Scroll: Crit Power I ~ VII
Onslaught Scroll: Impact Factor I ~ V
Onslaught Scroll: Attack Speed I ~ V

Caduceus Burst I ~ V
MP Alchemical Liquids
Mana Potions I ~ X
Mana Elixirs I ~ X

HP Alchemical Liquids
Health Potions I ~ X
Health Elixirs I ~ X
Health Draught I ~ X
Health Restorative I ~ X
Other Alchemical Liquids
Eclipse Potion I ~ V
Panaceaic Bolster I ~ III
Heart Potion I ~ III
Extensive Battle Nostrum
Heaven's Elixir
Refining
Daga/ Geit/ Isthel/ Sulfa/ Kran/ Glora/ Sikka/ Zirc Rune
Hijka Oil
Other Scrolls
Dedicated Crafter's Scroll
Gatherfaster Scroll
WOW look what we have left!
Runes which have no use whatsoever in the game anymore
Hijka Oil for Master Weapon Crafting
Additionally you get New Battler Nostrum (low/mid/high tiers) for crafting which is much cheaper to buy from NPC! Well, okay, if you have a ton of material stocked, but it's not likely. I estimate that you need to crit around 70% of what you're crafting to be worth it.

I am actually neating it up more. Going to post all information based on category and such.
Not until a patch a little while after this will they be removed. Dragons will be a way to increase crit yes.
so youre saying people without a dragon will do [filtered] damage cause crit scrolls are gone forever with no equal item to replace it
Okay so first off when dragons come crit scrolls will still be in. Second off when dragons will be easily obtainable by everyone. I don't see the big issue here. The dragons are not meant as a replacement for crit scrolls at all and am unsure why you're making that assessment.
I don't see what you're talking about at all...
Incorrect, all the consumables, 3 greater charms+crit power scroll+battle nostrum, are merged into a single consumable. Its not getting removed, the dragon mount adds more crit on top of that for 5 sec.
Well this does raise the question. Without scrolls, what are we getting to replace their buffs if anything? And as for the dragon, the dragon buff will not replace even 5% of what the scroll gives. Dragon gives a RNG triggered proc, lasts like 5 seconds, and goes into a long cooldown. So we do need something that would give the buff the scroll gave, OR have us indeed do much less damage overall.
What does this mean really? All gatherable items used in alchemy will be removed like Pilka fibers etc? And what about Gods Tears? I think we might need a complete list for this.
Stamina needed to go long times ago, lets be honest, it wasn't really helpful, So many charms were filling up your inventory. But I like the camp fires, I like Balder triple charms, it would just fill right, we could only had Charming Camp fires, standing around and talking about the run was fun. But lets be honest we barely see that recently, right?
So, those changes won't change a thing about Tera, and they are actually positive changes and they are done because of the community's new playing style.
All new consumable can crafted, so gathering and alchemy actually be way better than what it is now.
Could try to clear up the confusion beforehand and say that we are getting a new nostrum with all Basic consumables merged in to that nostrum. Like how you explainef heavens elixir getting fused in to noctenium infusion etc
