About Rally Quests~

So, the guild I'm in hasn't has a single Rally Quest pop up and every time we've seen one it's already been in progress.
My question is, do Rally Quests pop up on your screen at all, and if they do, do they pop up only when your guild doesn't already have a quest active? Can you even accept one if there is one active? Or do they just appear to the quest list and whoever sees it first and accepts it gets it?
EDIT: Also, can you accept a Rally Quest if you have done all other five guild quests already?

~Thanks

Enmasse staff is having a life after work but please a lot of people were waiting for months this patch and this new system at least give an answer that is what is happening if it will be this week or not the civil unrest . If they will do this in the December patch sincerely many people will choose to switch to another game, take into account already made a difficult decision to make merge to 3 servers that do not happen again in December with rest.-

You sure this is the right thread you're replying on? :v
  • Random guild will obtain them I believe.
Hopefully you are not on Mt where Manifest legit buys all the scrolls lol..

They pop up whenever they like, doesn't matter if you have a active quest or not
I believe you can accept a rally quest if you have one already (or everyone's macro's would constantly accept guild quests...just common sense but anyone who has accepted these before can confirm)
And yes, they just appear on the quest list and whoever sees and accept it firsts will get the scroll + exp and funds for it (or whoever's macro is is faster)
And i believe you can't as it still counts as a quest and it should take up one of your 5 a day but again, someone who has accepted these before can confirm this for me
  • Does anyone know if you can get a rally quest if you have a quest that's ongoing?
  • I was just asking about the mechanics of the Rally Quests since I haven't seen any confirmed information as of yet.
Also, I play on CH, so Manifest isn't a factor for me. I'm also aware that people may be using macros, which is a douche move no doubt.

I dunno why you keep trying to deny the ability to pick out specific guild quests (rally) to accept. It isn't impossible to set up more complex macros that incorporate certain conditions before accepting a quest. You also don't need a graphics card (or even a good cpu) to make this work because you can easily turn everything to 0 and afk in a random channel in a random town.

Using alt guilds and running the macros on them can "decrease" suspicion because you wouldn't need to refresh or loop the macro as often.

I'm not accusing any specific person or guild but there's no denying that something shady is happening.
