Black Screen?

in New & Returning Player Help
I've saw Tera and decided I wanted to play it the first time I tried it I got pass the intro then the game I restarted it then I get a plain black screen then it tells me something that the game sometimes doesn't work I try again and again and it just isn't working any help?
