    Tier 9 in NA gives 27 daily credit, in the screenshot you only get 15 "VIP jewel" for tier 9. No matter what kind of mod you are using, the number should not be different, otherwise it's hack.

    And as the other guy said, EU Tera store is called VIP, so this is a screenshot of EU Tera, not NA.

    Yeah, I'd try doing the repair from the TERA Launcher to see if it will re-patch everything. Otherwise, you may need a re-install. Something is really messed up.
