Questions about Imperator smart boxes

Edit--I added another question to this post.

First question: The Imperator pieces (weap, armor, shoes and gloves) that come from smart boxes (from rally quests, right?)--do they say "Soulbound to [Insert Character Name]" AND "Crafted by [Character Name]" just like if you were to craft your own Imperator pieces?

For example, with Slaughter pieces, all it says is Soulbound to...but a crafted piece of VM gear will say both Soulbound and Crafted by. In other words, would one be able to tell if you crafted vs. obtained an imp piece from a smart box?

Second question: Are the stats from the crafted pieces identical to pieces from the smart boxes?

I haven't opened one nor do I know anyone who has. Thanks in advance, and I apologize if this has already been discussed.

    Okay, let me edit my OP in a sec. What I meant was...for example, Soulbound shows up on gears you get from dungeon drops like Slaughter. The crafted by [...] line shows up in VM crafted gears, as well as the Soulbound line. What I'm asking is do the Imperator Smart Box items ONLY have the Soulbound line?
