Hi.. just wanna ask something, I'm from South America, Argentina. My time zone is GMT-3, so when you say that the civil unrest is at 5pm pdt, is 9pm for me and that is perfect.. so. Before the last patch, rally quest were at 4-5 pm my time, so, around 12-1 pm PDT I think, and I always missed cos I'm at work at that time. But then eme said it will be later after patch so more users can do the rally quest and I was happy, finally I could run it. But now the rally quest start at 9am my time. So, can anyone explain to me why is sooner than before?

    Well uhh they messed up in the last patch and rally quests started appearing right after daily reset, which is 8am EST. So yeah i think they will fix it in todays patch but lets wait and see.

    you also need to rmember that this system is also rng based and can come up anytime during a 8hr period (i believe it was an 8hr perdiod, the actual times were in an eme post after the hotfix but im too lazy to find it atm)
