Best way to get Semi-Enigmatic Scrolls (best way to get good rolls on accessories)?

So I recently hit 65 for the first time and while re-rolling armor effects is pretty self expanitory, resetting accessories seems to be way more pricey.
I don't know if I just lack the knowledge, but is there any way to lock in the effects you want? or do you just have to cross your fingers and hope that the 2 crit factor stars line up in your favour? :pleased:

Also, wow semi-enigmatic scrolls are expensive! Is there any other way to obtain these that I don't know of? Or maybe Tier version of them? I really would like to try and get slightly better rolls on my accessories but with no way to lock them and about 200g per shot seems pretty crazy.

    unfortunately you can't lock in jewelry stats, you just gotta cross your fingers.

    as for where they drop, i'm reasonably sure they have a low chance to come from endgame dungeons (dfhm, etc.) but i don't really run those much anymore so i can't give you a good list, sorry. they are coming from the newer lootboxes as a guaranteed item and i feel like that's contributing to the higher price

    You can get them sometimes from level 65+ BAMs/Bosses, or from pvping and getting Enchanting Bonanza Boxes. It's easier to get them from pvp, especially during credit bonuses since you get a fair amount over a weekend. During the 3x credit bonus last time about a night got me 600 semis.

    Oh wow that's quite a lot! I'll have to try that out once I'm comfortable enough to pvp :scream:

    If you play EMP loot box gamble, open cheap loot boxes that guarantee semi's :) Use to get them from "Blast from the Past" but that went bye bye a while ago :(

    You can do IoD bams too... namely 65 level Undershade token ones, drop them at times like 1:20. So like kill 20 of them and maybe get 1 or 2, sometimes more... However, its not as reliable as just buying the loot boxes and getting them that way :(

    However, if you do go the BAM route, you can get like a lot of fashion coupons and complete crystalbinds. But again, it's like 1 in 10 or more of dropping.
