I (Giggle) only used in-game available effects. if you meant my golden wings, that was the brooch.
The pumpkin head, Iantha or IGN Short.N.Deathly, uses 4k HD rendering and as all could see, his cosmetics could be found in game.
And Poofcat from FF of the "leaf catching" shot... Really?

Try not to disrespect the winners on groundless bases. While there are controversies over the outcome of this contest, the winners won because of the effort and time they put into taking a single screenshot to perfection.
But I know how you feel - in the end of the day we're just another player anyway, It's no big deal no matter what you think of us, but everyone deserves respect on their own stage. You do too, so don't say things that will make us disrespect you.
There were some entries, like Loriri one, that imo, should had made it to at least Honorabe mentions.

How about the fact that one of the runner ups was using Ear mods? Hmm You know The mods to match ears to the hair color? It was pretty obvious to everyone watching the stream who immediately called them out on it. IE: https://puu.sh/rBmAs.png
As I told my guildie Short.N.Deadly, he'd make third place, behind two Elins. As expected.
Short and deadly was the over-all winner.

Per your clarification, I do agree about the one you mentioned that used ear mods. But that was not even one of the runner-ups.
I guess we can care less about those non-factors who break the rules knowingly..?
Thank you, all, for the kind words. I mainly entered the contest for the challenge/fun of it. I don't play Tera all that much anymore. I have been screenshotting for over a year now and it was a fun experience to take my skill set and to apply it to something a little different than what I'd normally do.
I am looking forward to the next screenshot contest, especially if it's for Spring. Already have a place scouted out.

Not at all. The moment I saw his entry I knew I couldn't beat him. There was nothing I could've done to overpower his perfection without copying it - which would just be the dumbest thing to do to ruin the fun and very essence of the contest.
And being shown latest means he was the best, saved for the last! (although now I have a mixed feeling about my shot being shown first.. I did alright, no? QQ)
