Are you having issues with crashing after update 11/1/16
I currently ran into a connectivity issue with Tera; where the game keep crashing to desktop with no displayed error. After 1 hour of debugging and diagnostics i found the culprit....
Check these 3 things if you have this error.
Ports that need to be opened in modem/router: 80, 10001, and 48000~50896 TCP,
Windows 7-10 exceptions: Defender and Microsoft security essentials Add game .exe and En Massee game folder to exceptions list.
or...
your AV firewall exceptions list.

Also, if you need info on how to debug these issues yourself. Tera Launcher has tools for testing. Look on bottom of your Tera launcher for more info.
