Odd items in parcel when leveling?

Leveled up my ninja with a mystic friend, throughout our leveling he got unlabeled items in parcel. Just wondering if anyone else got stuff like:
Nostrums that gave a 2hour TERA time buff. (ultra rapid hyper turbo blahlblah)
Cracker confetti that stacked 100% exp gain with the event + elite
Temporary Alice dress for hitting level60 (the one we didn't get released in NA)
And several others but these were the most noticeable during our leveling lol.

    That I did, lol. I have around 10-15 of them xD

    I have a possible theory for this,see Ninjas get permanent skins for reaching lvl 65,so what I think is that other classes that are lvling get these 7 days things and lots of other short period usage items to compensate for no perma skins like the ninja.
