Best Ninja Setup for IOD BAMs ?

Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I'm planning to use my Ninja only for IOD bams and farm tokens. Want to know which jewelry, etchings, crystals, gear rolls, and glyphs i need. Slaughter and guile set are my gear options for now, not planning to get VM just for dailies.

    Same as normal builds.

    Ninja, Sorc, Brawler are all faster for IOD. But, Bralwer is still easier. You just need either +12 or +15 weapon with max crit.

    Wondering the same for my farming alts. Do they need double enrage dmg rolls as well?
