    Wrong, Versa drops both from SSNM and SSHM, Obkma only drops in SSHM and Barks only drops in SCHM.

    I could have sworn obkmas dropped in SSNM

    They do drop in SSNM (second boss) only one though. x2 drop in SSHM.

    I agree with Catori. You should try SCHM. +12 Guile or +15 lucid is enough for this dungeon now. Maybe only last boss is little tough. The dungeon difficulty is just like RM normal mode. Just watch some guide, then ask your guild to run together. It drops Ambush mats too.
    The dungeon is nerfed, I think, you can try IM too.

    +15 starfall is viable for every dungeon so far. So no worries there.

    Never really seen Obkmas drop in SSNM since Spellbound patch, it only drops guile belts and some feedstocks. Yes, it was obtainable from SSNM before, but Obkmas drop was removed after Spellbound patch, so it only drops in SSHM.
