>forum posters storm in and claim that Tera is dead
You know, you're all not really helping to make Tera look dead
Lately I had some days off and were playing at 1pm, EU time. I had no idea that people actually ask in global if the game is dead. I mean, it's 4am server time. Most of the people are either at work/school (EU) or are sleeping (US).
I'd rather say that the Tera community has a large amount of people integrated into society; working/education, sleeping, even having other hobbies. This means, EU/NA prime times have more than sufficient players. If you're keen on playing 24/7, you may seek your luck in WoW or this spacesimulation one of my former colleagues played where he was called at 3am in the night to defend a space station just because the russians decided to raid them ...
we got some whiners and afkers too, but I agree even with the decline, population is solid, but one big thing that pissing me off is This great designed combat game has a lotta potential but BHS became lazy to improve it further.
Is it not empty? Yes.
Tera is still best enjoyed with friends you bring along IMO, because dungeons are mostly instanced.
