Lag in CS with seemingly normal ping

Hi, I have this issue in CS only (Or more BG, haven't tried) that my ping is normal 160's but it feels like I have 300-400 ping
I am not sure why this happens, never happened before, and it's not just my imagination xD
Any ideas?

    It may be due to the fact that the dungeon is now lvl 65 only, which means more dps. More dps means there is more skills being casted at a higher rate. All these skills in use may cause people to lag. o:)

    Nop, that's not it. It's not an FPS lag issue. It's actual ping.
    I now thought that it might be due to me using windows firewall, I'll check without it and inform. If CS will even start xD

    Fixed. It was probably the windows firewall.
    Also did Launcher fix, but most likely Windows firewall
