Kumas Permanent Death Screen?

Death persisted through next round and only corrected after closing game completely and relaunching. Also could not cast any abilities.

    Death Screen bugs I reported it ages ago. When you que for Kumas stay clear on any mobs or bams, if you are fighting them, kill them before getting to Kumas, if you move to Kumas during fight, mobs/bams will kill you and then you have a death screen on Kumas.

    PS: Inception happens there.
