Yeah, just tried it again now, and it does look like they're just hidden by default now for Elites. Only the gold buff you have to click on the bar shows up -- the other ones are just automatically applied.
And you have logged in? If so, contact support.
It kind of feels weird contacting support and demanding something they gave out for free.
Anyway, I checked it again and it says Jan 09, 2017 already. They must be watching this thread. All good now.
Its only weird if you make it weird.
I don't think it's a question of watching or anything, I think it's not necessarily instant. Sometimes it seems to take little while for the extension to kick in.
I never got the 3 days from last year when Danicia was still here (http://tera-forums.enmasse.com/forums/news-announcements/topics/Get-3Days-of-Elite-Status-now). I'm positive that I logged in during the designated time and date.
I don't think I got all 15 days. My renewal date was around the first of this month because that's when I was charged. It seems that adding 15 days equals a renewal on the 13th of the next month.
Not sure if it's worth chasing down a few days of Elite Status. And don't bother telling me to use the "elitefreedays" code because that's been disabled for over a year, and I doubt it works on someone who already has Elite Status.
My guess is that your renewal date was actually 30 November, which would make the new one 29 December, and the extension to 13 January. They probably actually process the renewal (charge the cards) the next morning (December 1 in your case) so that people don't complain that they missed some of their last day.
And, well, I don't know what happened last year, but you should in theory be able to check your renewal dates for that too.
