Anyone else lag from whispers

When I receive a whisper from someone my game like freezes for a milisecond for some reason,when I send nothing happens to me all works smoothly,but when I get a whisper from anyone I literally freeze for a milisecond.Anyone know how to solve this or something?

    Well if it's just a millisecond, how could you possibly notice?

    Don't display whisper notices on the center of the screen.

    Well its not really a milisecond but like,literally game freezes when I get a whisper and I dont have it shown on center of screen.
    I play in windowed fullscreen and auido for UI stuff turned down to 0 but I dont see how that would make me lag upon receiving a whisper.
