s1engine.ini and s1input.ini location

Hi. I am returning player and I got two file which optimizes Tera, called s1engine.ini and s1input.ini.
I just don't remember where to put those files?

    is it considered a mod or 3rd party thing? is it something that can get us banned? if not, where do you get the file and how do you put it in the c:\users thingy?

    It's not really 3rd party since all you are doing is tweaking some values to improve your fps, technically you cant get banned but you cant talk about it in detail on the forums. But if you do it and you mess something up then you are SOL

    It not a 3rd party or mod, it setting values for little things such as smoothmousetracking to false instead of true. Here is the thing, the files from 2 years ago are not the same as the fiiles now, the engine ini has been tweaked to help optimize. So you may not want to copy paste that one and if you do not know what you are doing you may wanna leave it alone.
