Can't enter dungeons/instances

Hello,

I am a new player and I can't queue to join a party for a dungeon/instance.
When I reached level 20 dungeon was denied but now that I leveled up to 27 I thought the new dungeon would be open to me but I can't access it either.

Does this have to do with quests? armor? Am I missing something here?

[I used to play WOW & joining instances with parties seemed to be much simpler than this.]

Please help me figure this out.

    My only guess would be that your gear level is too low maybe. There should be an icon that looks like armor with a number above it in the IM screen as well as in your HUD. That tells you the required gear level and your current gear level.

    There aren't any quests to get into the dungeon, just quests you can do in the dungeon.

    When you are leveling those dungeons go by your current level not by your weapon or gear, so when you reach loll 20 -24 Bastion of Loki opens up and you can do Instance, then Sinestral Manor from level 24-30, then Savarash Ascent Level 30 - 34 all the way up until Labyrinth of Terror lvl58 and Ebon Tower lvl59, also you can't Instance match a dungeon after you exceed the dungeons max level, but you can still solo them. Then when you reach lvl60 - lvl65 that's when your weapon/gear level restricts you from entering a dungeon but not until then. When you can't enter any dungeon it should give you a very brief message telling you why you can't enter that Dungeon near the top or middle of the screen, so look for that message. If there isn't any message then you need to contact support because there might be a problem with your character. I leveled 16 characters to lvl65 and that has never happened to me, so I hope you can figure out what the problem is.
