MT: All Northern Arun is a safe area (no pvp allowed)

MT server: I've just noticed that pvp isn't allowed in all Northern Arun, I've tried various locations of the map (out of towns/camps of course) and they're all marked as "safe zones/No pvp allowed". I'm not sure if this is a problem just on my end, a bug, or a recently implemented change.

    I'll update the list and let Eme know. Looks like you cant even turn on outlaw in these areas but you can in Highwatch although even then you still cant hit anyone.

    Edit: Also if anyone can check Fey Forest and see if they also have the same issue that would be helpful or if you notice another zone with pvp inactive where it shouldn't be.

    I think it is because of DreamStorm. Once DreamStorm is over, I think EmE will make it PvP again. After all, I do not want to be killed while doing DreamStorm xD
